OK. Let's talk about price. I am going to use some cold hard numbers to show you how I arrived at the price for the book. Let's assume that I can only make one deal per month and I can only make $10,000 on that deal.
Since I average 2-4 hours of work per day, let's also assume I have to work 80 hours to make this deal come together.
